"Totally Fine, Except the Wrong Item Arrived"
So, my order showed up, which is great and everything, but it was the wrong item. I’m staying calm about it, obviously, but yeah… not exactly what I was expecting.

"Cute designs, but a little too busy"
The designs are and the colors look really nice in person, but overall it feels a bit busier than I expected. I still think it’s cute, I just wish the pictures had shown that more clearly because it made me trust the listing a little less...

"Gorgeous bag, annoyingly well made"
I got my anekke bag last month and, annoyingly enough, I actually love it. The faux leather is soft but still feels sturdy, the stitching is really neat, and all the little details look properly done instead of cheap. I’ve been using it every day, fully expecting it to start showing some wear by now, but no, it still looks pretty much new

"Nice products, but the replies were kinda Slow"
I reached out to anekke.com because there was an issue with my order. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days each time, which was a bit frustrating. The answer I got was helpful in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but I wish the communication had been quicker. The products are really nice, but customer service could Definitely be more responsive, especially when you’re waiting on delivery info. Not terrible, just average for Me

"Pretty repetitive styles"
I was hoping to see more variety, but after looking around for a while, it felt like the same few styles kept popping up everywhere. Even little details like the cuts, colors, and stitching all started to look really similar, which made it a bit disappointing.

"Feels way too expensive for what you actually get"
I just don’t think this is worth the price. It feels like one of those things where you buy it expecting something a little more premium, like better quality, nicer packaging, stronger performance, longer-lasting results, or at least some kind of “wow” factor, but it’s just kind of average. I’ve paid less for similar stuff that worked better, looked better, felt sturdier, and didn’t leave me wondering why I spent so much. It’s not terrible, but for the money, I expected a lot more

I’ve had this bag for a few months now and it still looks new. I’ve been using it often, not sure exactly how much compared to others, but it’s held up really well so far. Quality seems good.

It fits well overall, but it’s smaller than I expected, which is kind of annoying. I thought the sizing would be a little more accurate, so that was a bit frustrating...

The site looks really nice, but it loaded slowly for me. Checkout was also kind of confusing, and I had to stop and figure out what to do next a couple of times.

"Return took a little longer than expected"
The return process was okay overall, but the refund didn’t come through until I sent a reminder. From the tone of their reply, I got the feeling it was just delayed rather than ignored on purpose, so it turned out fine in the end.

"Really nice packaging"
My bag showed up packed really well, with no dents or scratches on the box, which I really appreciated. It felt secure, and looked cute too. The delivery box was sturdy, so yeah, I’m happy with it.
